Set in the style of a musical revue, students will learn introductory singing and dancing techniques through songs and choreography from the hit  Broadway show and film Wicked.

Our one-week camps for rising 7th-12th graders provide intermediate theatre training and performance opportunities. This camp ends with a performance showcase for friends and family to enjoy!

Our Audition Series workshops are a great way to experience the audition process prior to auditions. At each workshop, students will participate in a mock audition and receive individualized guidance on audition techniques and how to "get that role!"

PREPARING FOR THE WORKSHOP

• Please prepare a 16-32 bar cut of musical theatre song
• Memorization is highly encouraged in order to fully work on your song at the workshop
• An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a copy of your sheet music for the accompanist.
• If you do not have a song, options will be emailed to you after registration. You may also pick up songs at the SYT offices.

AGE REQUIREMENT

• This workshop is open to youth in the 3rd-12th grade.

REGISTRATION

• Pre-registration is required.
• To ensure that students have enough time to prepare their material in advance for the workshop, registration closes at 12pm on the Wednesday before the workshop.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missing the workshop.

• Please bring the monologue printed so the director can look at the text.
• We recommend that you come with the monologue already memorized.
