Spartanburg Youth Theatre

Our audition workshops are a great way to experience the audition process prior to auditions! For this workshop, you will participate in a mock audition and receive individualized guidance on audition techniques, song choices, acting the song, and gaining confidence for the audition room. You will perform your audition material in front of the instructor and the other registrants. This workshop is for individuals 18 and older. 

PREPARING FOR THE WORKSHOP

• Please prepare a 32 bar cut/1 minute of musical theatre song.
• Memorization is highly encouraged in order to fully work on your song at the workshop.
• An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a copy of your sheet music for the accompanist.

REGISTRATION

• Pre-registration is required.
• To ensure that you have enough time to prepare your material in advance for the workshop, registration closes at 12pm on the Thursday before the workshop.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missing the workshop.
