Animal Adventures! (K4-K5)

*Rising K4-K5 students must be fully potty-trained and able to use the bathroom by themselves. SYT staff may not change diapers nor enter the bathroom with a child.*

Roar like a lion! Hop like a kangaroo! Swing like a monkey!
This class will meet weekly on Mondays for 10 weeks starting Monday, February 24, 2025. The final class will be on Monday, May 5, 2025.We will not have class the week of April 7th-11th.
Our 10-week classes for rising K4-K5 explore creative play, music and art, while learning acting and storytelling techniques. Classes at this age range will include a performance showcase of skills learned during class, but students will not be performing a full production.

Musical Theatre: Footloose & Hairspray (7th-12th)
4:00-5:15pm, Mondays starting February 24, 2025

Everybody cut loose and say good moring to Baltimore! This class will develop vocal technique, an advanced musical theatre dance vocabulary, stage presence, and collaborative skills while working toward a final class performance of songs from the Broadway musicals Footloose and Hairspray!
This class will meet weekly on Mondays for 10 weeks starting Monday, February 24, 2025. The final class will be on Monday, May 5, 2025. We will not have class the week of April 7th-11th.
Our 10-week middle school studios for 7th-12th graders provide advanced theatre techniques, and an in-depth look at the theatrical production process. Some classes at this age range will include a performance showcase of skills learned during class, but students will not be performing a full production.

Musical Theatre: Wonka & Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (3rd-6th)

You've got a golden ticket! Dance and sing to music from the hit musicals, Wonka and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Set in the style of a musical revue, students will learn introductory singing and dancing techniques.
This class will meet weekly on Tuesdays for 10 weeks starting Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The final class will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. We will not have class the week of April 7th-11th.
Our 10-week technique classes for rising 3rd-6th graders introduce theatre techniques for those who are curious, and provide intermediate-level performance opportunities for those who are ready for the next step of the theatre process. Classes at this age range will include a performance showcase of skills learned during class, but students will not be performing a full production.
Acting Foundations (3rd-6th)

Are you interested in acting but not quite sure where to start? We’ve got you covered! You will leave the week with a strong foundation in stage performance and a newfound sense of self-expression.

Our 10-week classes for the energetic youngster continue to develop teamwork, self-expression, and imagination, while introducing acting techniques and stage movement skills through a specific fun setting or theme. Classes at this age range will include a performance showcase of skills learned during class, but students will not be performing a full production.

We all have something special that makes us shine bright! Learn to lift yourself and others up, and boost your confiedence in Superstar School!
Our one-week camps for rising 1st-2nd graders continue to develop teamwork, self-expression, and imagination, while introducing acting techniques and stage movement skills through a specific fun setting or theme. Classes at this age are intended to introduce young children to the concepts of theatre and encourage group play. There will not be a play or performance in classes for this age range, but rather a sharing of activities.
